Is the BUYER responsible for shipping?

Yes. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for all goods purchased in the Warner Bros. Records store. Please refer to the individual listing for specific charges. Warner Bros. Records uses USPS for shipping both domestically and internationally.

What type of payment methods does Warner Bros. Records accept?

Warner Bros. Records Store accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

The charge for your order will appear on your credit card bill as "Warner Bros. Records".

What is PayPal?

Warner Bros. Records also uses PayPal to sell merchandise and digital goods. PayPal is an online payment system using your email address for purchases with vendors. PayPal will charge your bank account or credit card for the purchase. Over 30 million buyers and sellers use PayPal for their Internet commerce transactions. If you are not already signed up with PayPal, go to www.paypal.com and click on SIGN UP.

What is the Refund and Exchange Policy for Warner Bros. Records?

For merchandise, Warner Bros. Records will exchange for an identical item if the wrong size was shipped. Buyer is responsible for returning the wrong item at his cost. Warner Bros. Records will process the exchange after the returned item is received. Warner will not process refunds on any merchandise purchases. In addition, Warner will not provide refunds on digital goods. In the event of a technical issue, Warner Bros. will provide new content.

What is the cancellation policy for WBR?

To receive a refund, orders must be cancelled within 24 hours. Warner Bros. Records refuses the right to withhold processing charges from an individual refund. Bid wisely.

Is the merchandise or digital goods available internationally?

Digital goods and CDs are NOT available internationally. Merchandise (t-shirts and mousepads) will be available internationally. Additional shipping charges may apply. (Note: The only CD product available internationally, as an exception, is the Lord Of The Rings Limited Internet Edition CD.)

What are the WBR Store hours?

The WBR Store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need Customer Service, it is available weekdays only from 10-6 pm PST.

How does WBR handled pricing and transaction charge errors?

Each item has a price listed next to the description. In some cases there may be different versions of an item listed (i.e., colors, formats). You will be charged the correct price for the item you place in your shopping cart. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price at the time you order, we will refund the difference via PayPal only during the shipping and handling process. If you are charged more than what you were quoted, please contact us and we will verify the correct price. If we have made a mistake, we will refund the difference via PayPal only.

Is sales tax applicable?

Yes, sales tax is applicable to all merchandise items sold.

Where is the merchandise shipped to?

The order will be shipped to the mailing address on record with your PayPal profile. Please make sure this address is UPDATED prior to making an order or purchase using PayPal. Warner Bros Records is not responsible for product that does not arrive at locations if the address provided by the buyer in their PayPal profile is incorrect. No exceptions will be made. If you need to change your mailing address, you must notify Warner Bros. records within 24 hours of the completed bid. Warner Bros Records is not responsible for product that does not arrive at locations if the address provided by the buyer is incorrect.

Where will my digital music be delivered?

Digital music will be delivered to the email address used to purchase it (your PayPal email address). Please double check that your PayPal email address is current PRIOR to purchase. If you have AOL, HOTMAIL, MSN or YAHOO, the email with your digital music inside may be filtered into a BULK or JUNK folder. Please check here before contacting Customer Service.

What is the shipping method for merchandise?

The merchandise will be shipped via USPS and the cost will vary by item and location. Please check the product listings for each item for specific rates.

Any special instructions for International buyers?

Please note that some countries outside the United States may not allow certain items into their country. Warner Bros. Records will typically charge for freight and calculate the charges based on the items in your order. Warner Bros. Records is not responsible for customs or related charges for you to receive your merchandise. All international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please review the customs and shipping rules in your territory PRIOR to purchase.

What is the estimated shipping time?

For merchandise sales, shipping and handling is 7-12 business days depending on location (and usually shorter). For international merchandise sales, shipping and handling time depends on the destination location. For digital merchandise, items will be processed and delivered with 24-36 hours of purchase (and usually shorter).

How do I track shipping of my order?

If you have not received your order within the designated shipping and handling period, please contact Customer Service through email or AOL Instant Message. Please provide detail about the transaction and the item purchased to help us assist you better.

What is Warner Bros. Records order processing practice?

Provided that all items ordered are in stock, orders placed with us by 3 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed within 48 hours of the date and time placed. Orders placed during a weekend or holiday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the next business day. How long the order will take to arrive, after shipping, depends on the destination of the merchandise.

Will WBR create an order limit?

Warner Bros. Records reserves the right to refuse sale to any specific buyer or to set order limits on exclusive items or other merchandise.

What is WBR's policy on Availability?

WBR will pull items for sale if the inventory is out. In rare cases, a title may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, if an item is sold out at the time your order is processed, you will be notified by email, and given the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund via PayPal or request a similar item.

What if an item is determined unavailable in inventory?

If an item is unavailable, WBR will contact you with an alternative item choice or will refund your money.

Will WBR make items available for pre-order?

Warner Bros. Records may make some merchandise items available for pre-order before they become available elsewhere in stores or are actually released to the public. Pre-order items will be shipped on the date specified in the product listing.

Will WBR host sales?

Warner Bros. Records may elect to set sale pricing on any goods or merchandise sold inside the Store. Item pricing is at WBR's discretion. Sale pricing will not be granted to previous purchases.

Is the merchandise in ORIGINAL condition?

The CD merchandise is manufactured by Warner Bros. Records. This is an original, sealed copy. Limited Edition titles were created in limited quantity runs.
